  For our wedding, we had ordered 2 buses to pick up guests at 2 different locations. One bus went to the wrong pick-up location, the other bus picked up the guests at the right location, but went to the wrong destination. Very unprofessional service, would not recommend to use this company

  Aerocoope is A1, I sent an email requesting a quote for a bus from the airport and back to several bus companies and Aerocoope won the bid. All our communication was done by email and we still received the best service. Aerocoope picked my group up on time and returned them back to the airport with no issues. I appreciate all they have done for me and my group and their professionalism in taking very good care of our needs. I will share my experience of them with them others for their use. Thank you so much for your care and time in making sure we got what we needed.

  I organised a group visit in Lisbon this summer and we had such a wonderful experience. I hired a Mercedes Sprinter minibus from AEROCOOPE and the minibus was very species. It has a comfortable seat, freezer, announcement facility … The driver was very friendly, helpful person and very professional too. He has a very good English communication skills and that made a big difference to our tour. A special thanks to “Maria Joana” and "Mr. Castanheira” for the flexibility and support, I really appraise it. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.
