  ALERTE ARNAQUE ! Fuyez tant qu’il en est temps! Nous avons réservé par internet et payé l’intégralité de la semaine de location ; Nous arrivons donc sereins pour récupérer notre véhicule et là on nous explique avec le sourire que la réservation était faite pour 12h30 et étant donné qu’il est 14h, la voiture a été louée à quelqu’ Un d’autre Et qu’en plus impossible De récupérer l’argent versé!!!!! On vous explique très simplement que c’est une compagnie low cost et que c’est Ainsi qu’ils gagnent de l’argent !!!! Vous avez beau avoir tout payé en avance, votre voiture n’eSt réservée qu’une heure, ensuite c’ est bingo pour eux! J’ai jamais vu ça !!!! mais vu le nombre de personnes qui se plaignaient de sur-facturations en rendant la voiture , on a peut-être finalement échappé au pire!!!! Pour exemple, un couple d’anglais à qui ils demandaient 1500€ pour une micro rayure qui n’etait pas noté sur l’etat Des lieux de départ... À bon entendeur...

  Fui cobrado pela Firefly sem qualquer aviso prévio do custo de um "pneu" de 165€, um mês apos um aluguer efetuado com a referida empresa, apos vários emails contatos telefónicos solicitando provas para o debito do pneu (nomeadamente fotos fatura etc.) três meses apos aluguer enviaram um orçamento com a data do email (3 meses apos aluguer) e não do dia da entrega do veiculo, a empresa em causa não faz reparações automóveis e não é crível que fosse utilizada para a suposta reparação pois a sua sede situa-se a 90 km de Lisboa, assim se existiam duvidas na FRAUDE perpetrada pela Firefly as mesmas ficaram totalmente esclarecidas. Ate hoje não me foi apresentado qualquer prova da destruição do pneu nomeadamente fotos fatura etc., mesmo com insistências quase diárias.

  We have used them a couple of times - cars were perfect, service was fine, and no issues whatsoever - takes a few of minutes to walk there from the terminal though if you have lots of gear with you !

  OK, so on airport is correct, however do not confuse this with near the terminal because is isn't, if you have bags for example it is not easy to get to the office at all. The charge for extra insurance is ridiculous, and the demand of a deposit for the excess amounting to 2,243 euro is frankly just extortion, in particular as they money will be held for between 3 and 5 working days before being refunded. Then add in the excess mileage cost, I rent around the world, and rarely do I get caught out, in this case, just 60 KM is your daily allowance, and above this 30 cents plus tax per km is charged !! The amount is not the point, it is the fact that it is charged at all, and also that it isn't pointed out to you when you rent, or that it isn't mentioned on the paperwork. Then there is the old "make sure you check for dents" routine, which as usual shows up something missed, which in this case is the above 2243 euro if you fail to notice something, outrageous! No indication in the filler cap or on the paperwork of if the car is diesel or petrol. Staff are pleasant enough, the system however is not! Make sure you rent from somewhere that makes the charges simple and clear, along with clarity on the other key points of the service, this company does not!!

  Firefly (dochteronderneming van Hertz) ligt een beetje achter de andere autoverhuurders verscholen. Kwaliteit van de auto's is altijd goed. Wij huren er gemiddeld 4 keer per jaar een auto. Kan alléén indirect (via - via) gehuurd worden. Proberen geen extra aan te smeren, maar stellen wel de noodzakelijke vragen.
