  This is a great hotel in a good location. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet excellent

  It’s nice hotel , they have nice staff ... And it have amazing location in center where everything you can find around you ... I put two stars because they didn’t have air condition only heater at winter this make me can’t sleep most of the night ... I tried to open windows some days as no wind to help cooling the room ... plus once you open windows you can’t sleep because of street car noises ... I just feel non comfortable just because AC So may evaluation will be five if they have air condition , and I’ll book only on it at summer no way to book on it at winter specially Lisbon winter a bit warm some days

  My wife traveled with a group of 4 friends, all women back April. They stayed in two rooms. In one room the safe was not working and they had to put their dollars, euros and passports on the other safe. They stayed for 4 nights. On the last night when they returned to the hotel close to midnight, they safe in the room was open and $500 plus 300 Euros were missing. They were lucky they had their passport with them and did not leave them at the hotel that day. They immediately reported to Hotel Management, and they did nothing and did not try to help a bit. They had to call the police and file a report. After weeks of investigation all they said is that they fired the maid that was responsible for the room. They did not take any responsibility. Avoid having a nightmare during your trip and simply avoid this hotel. We are going back to Lisbon this summer and will stay in Novotel.
