  Sehr schlechter Service. Habe dort Teile bestellt und niemand hat angerufen das die Teile da sind. Wenn ich anrufe sagen Sie die Teile sind nicht da. Die Teile waren aber da. Noch dazu ist die Werkstatthalle eingestürzt. Das hat mit VW nicht viel zu tun. Personal nett aber nicht Hilfsbereit. Besser zu AUDI gegenüber gehen , die sind top.

Remember is after-sale, so don't believe their after-sales, because a small problem they will tell you need three days or a week to deal with, and you go to other private garage only need one hour

  Excelente estrutura, no entanto apesar do esforço e da simpatia dificuldade em cumprirem os prazos. No entanto dificilmente o cliente fica prejudicado.

  Insatisfeito com o serviço de pintura e bate chapa. O meu carro vw golf Plus após uma colisão de trás decidir confiar e levar o meu carro a JAPBLue . Após ser reparado ficou com a parte pintada cheio de bolhas duras e ao endireitar um dos pilares de trás danificar me no interior da própria pintura de origem . Em questão da duração do arranjo levar muito tempo tive prejuízo e tive que alugar um carro ao meu custo . O carro foi me entrega todo porco no interior e cheio de pó da Oficina .
