  Not easy to find, it's inside a shopping mall that is attached to a hotel. It's on the second floor to that mall that you access by an elevator. Upon arrival I was told I cannot pay by card and only cash. There's no difference between 3h and 7h, it's still the same price. However, I rated it 4* because the staff was friendly and helpful,plus the location is unbeatable.

  Storing our luggage here was super convenient and couldn’t have been easier. The location is right next to the elevator exit in the mall - if you’re looking at rows of blank doors, you’ve gone to the wrong side of the building. Only caveat is if you have heavy bags, plan on taxi or other transportation to get there and to your next destination. The closest metro station is a bit of a walk away at Baixa-Chiado.

  Needed a place last minute to store my luggage while changing Airbnb’s and didn’t want to walk with my luggage for 4 hours. Called up this place and was told that they could store my luggage. Great place and I’d recommend to anyone. Is very safe and convenient and very affordable and the owner was very friendly.

  Fantastic storage facility. I was really impressed by the quality of the service. I really needed to leave my luggage for the day in a secure location and Luggage@citycenter staff was absolutely great. Highly recommended. Thank you Henry, you saved my day and good luck with your business. David

  Great little service. The shop is easy to find - the building is located exactly where google maps has the pin, and then there is a sign for the luggage shop in the entrance so you know you are in the right place. Go up the lift one floor to 'SS' and the shop is just there next to the lift. The guy running the shop was really helpful and nice.
