  Old hotel but well kept. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast area is super nice as well as the pool and the outdoor area. Super Central and easy to get around Funchal from there.

  Hotel com design, conforto. Vistas deslumbrantes sobre o mar, piscinas e sobre o terminal de cruzeiros. Excelente gastronomia. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Colaboradores muito simpáticos Piscinas exteriores com vistas panorâmicas e interiores aquecidas com sauna e banho turco. Casino mesmo ao lado. Localização perfeita

  Meals were a bit of a let down. Little choice for a hotel of its size, and quite often catering for specific tastes. More basic food would perhaps be more suitable due to the lack of choice. Fatty meat cheap meat was on offer, although there were better quality meats on occasion. Staff could do with more training. Customer service skills were lacking. General attitude seemed good, just apparent they hadn't been trained at an advanced level like other hotels. The exception was Beatrice who was very slick and professional. Rooms were very average although very well cleaned, maids were excellent. Nice indoor pool. Overall not a bad hotel, just expected something more for the price. A little disappointed. I can only presume the high rating has been built up in the past?

  Hotel confortável. Ótimo pequeno almoço. Tive de pedir para mudar quarto. Ia ficar 6 noites e tinha uma tv muito pequena.Pedi mas só depois de a minha agencia ter insistido lá mudaram. Mas não foi fácil. Primeira noite fui ao buffet jantar. Noite rodizio. Pagámos 23 euros por pessoa e note se, 23 por ser a 1 noite senao seria 27. Sem bebidas. Quando fomos jantar a carne no rodízio era apenas picanha e já só havia um canto da carne. Sem exagero deu 3 a 4 fatias mínimas. Fininhas com 1 cm de altura e 3 ou 4 de comprimento. Nao tive mais. Paguei 23 euros mais 8 por uma agua. Isso fez com que nao voltasse mais a jantar . Um hotel que se diz de luxo nao pode servir assim. Simpatia de alguns dos funcionários da recepção. Mas foi o unico sitio na Madeira onde senti ser tratada de modo diferente dos estrangeiros.

  Bardzo fajny hotel z zawsze pomocna obsluga. Sniadania mogly by byc bardziej zroznicowane, i brakowalo mi jakis rozrywek wieczorem, bo hotel oferowal tylko muzyke na zywo - raczej dla osob starszych. Kolejnym problemem byl okropny halas z ulicy (mieszkalismy na 1 pietrze). Pokoje bardzo czyste, i dobrze wyposazone Ogolnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu i polecam 😊
