  The sum up of both a good quality and service results in a great customer experience. All hotel personnel was very friendly and genuinely happy to support offering different options. Also the location and peaceful surroundings were great. Hotel is located 3 kms west from Luiz I bridge which BTW is a very recommended running track besides Douro river. I felt very happy to experience a hotel from the Pestana Group for the first time.

  Eccellente. Vale il costo. Panorama fantastico del fiume Douro. Dimora del 1742 tenuta benissimo. Stasera provo il ristorante. Camera 218 davvero confortevole, molto spaziosa con tutti i conforts possibili.

  Hotel com uma envolvência linda! Os interiores palacianos e decorados com muito bom gosto, convidam à leitura e à conversa bem como a um relax total... A lareira, no Inverno, é uma enorme mais valia. De salientar, a simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os funcionários que tornam a estadia memorável!! Excelente nível de restauração!!   Excellent luxury hotel in Porto - while not located in the main city, this stunning hotel was formerly a palace turned into a hotel. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights during our stay here. There are two pools - one outdoor and the other indoor. The spa area was excellent with a sauna and steam room. Facilities were clean and the staff everywhere were extremely helpful. Highly recommended place to stay!

  Um espaço lindíssimo. Fizemos o jantar da empresa por cá e gostei genuinamente da ementa. Tive oportunidade de provar gelado de queijo da Serra e, embora fique com a sensação que ou se ama, ou se odeia, de facto adorei. Uma excelente experiência.
