  Equipa jovem mas extremamente profissional, dedicada à atenção ao cliente e à sua completa satisfação durante a estadia. Sem dúvida um dos melhores locais para usufruir da cidade de Lisboa. Localização previlegiada pelo acesso aos principais pontos históricos. Mas acima de tudo a fantástica equipa que cuida do cliente do primeiro ao último dia da sua estadia. Se houvesse mais estrelas eram merecidas.

  This is a great hotel. Very new. Very beautiful. Great neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and nice. The free mini bar is AMAZING. Just know that getting here could be physically demanding if you take the Restauradores metro stop. Distance wise it's the shortest walk but it straight up a steep cobblestone laced hill with trams going up and down in between. There are better routes so talk to the hotel before you arrive to make sure you take the best route.

  Mitten im Bairro Alto gelegen. Moderne Ausstattung und freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren ein Traum. Sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Hab mich unglaublich wohl gefühlt und würde es weiter empfehlen.

  Avis très partagé.. l'endroit est idéal, le lieu magnifique, les chambres tout confort, le personnel accueillant, agréable, rien à redire. Néanmoins,la localisation, proche des nombreux bar rendent les nuits difficiles, très bruyantes. C'est vraiment dommage, car cela fait cher la nuit à ne pas dormir. Et pourtant.. l'endroit est vraiment splendide.
