  Very well located near Parque das Nações and Altice arena. Very good facilities. No words to discribe the awesome breakfast. The lunch was also very good

  Very nice hotel and staff; friendly beyond measure. Also in close proximity to metro and airport. Clean and well stocked. Would recommend.

  Very nice hotel used few times. Rooms clean and good size, bed and pillows very comfortable. Good service at bar and drinks and food good. Breakfast also good. Close to town centre. Shopping centre worth a visit food area very good. Will use again and would recommend

  The hotel is very close to the airport and easily accessible via red metro line or yellow buses. It is also close to the Oriente mall which has many branded shops and large food court to try out various cuisines. The reception is quite helpful and they are able to converse with you in English . The rooms are spacious and the TV contains both English and Portuguese channels . The bath room has almost all the accessories (bath gel, shampoo, soap and dryer). There is a bath tub so that the guests can relax after a long day. The morning breakfast should you opt for it is between 7:00 and 10:00 AM . There are plenty of options you can choose from in the buffet. The ambiance of the hotel is great. This seems like an excellent hotel for business delegations . However there are a few things which is a problem for tourists. The wash basin is really small and water falls out easily. Bathroom does not have tooth brush and paste. There is no kettle for heating water. Complimentary bottled water is also not present. There are few sockets in the room and open sockets are not available near the bed side . The shelve knobs are too small and are difficult to open. In general the price to the amenities offering is slightly on the higher side.
