::The door is electric and locked several of us out of the laundromat more than 2 hours before the posted closing time. We are staying in a small town an hour away and have no way of getting out clothes until opening tomorrow. The kind restaurant employee across the street called the owner and he hung up on him after refusing to come here to open it for us. He then turned off his phone so that he couldn't explain that some hostel guests were leaving in the morning before opening time and that others of us are staying out of town and have to pay for transportation to return again. Also, they machines force us to use their smelly soap and couldn't use our own unscented laundry powder.
