  Poor user experience and care for hygiene, I have already been here 6 times - it is difficult and time consuming to find where is what and the sanitaries lack soap, paper and are often clogged.

  This airport is a big mess. Maintenance is really poor, avoid the family center if you have kids, as they may hurt themselves with the broken toys (see picture)

  Great connectivity service at such low cost. The 6 Euro card for all day travel is a great offer. Lisbon is beautiful with such well planned infrastructure.
