  Very nice and helpful people until they take your money. Then if you have an issue a few weeks later customer service is terrible. This is their response to my problem: Good afternoon dear mrs. Danni, I don´t refund back you bought the bracelete in 14/8/2017 today is 23/09/2017 and you tried the bracelet in shop i remember the situation and i don´t force you to buy. I give you assistence i take the links off it´s only i can do and you don´t pay for that. The commercial lawer in união europeia and you have 8 days in case the product has the manufacturing defects and you can´t wear.
