An old Lisbon defense tower. For only three Euro, you will enjoy great views of the surroundings, you'll be challenged with a narrow, 93-steps stairway with quite opaque signal system. Definitely worth to visit if you're around.

Very nice touristical site of Lisbon! For me it was very impressive to see what they were able to built in the past! I was unfortunately very late there, because I was after a meeting quickly there! From the center you travel there by train. For me it was definitely worth to see the Torre of Belem.....I will probably come back another time!

Belem tower - Nice n Serene place to go. Even though it looks normal but it's famous for its history. Public transport : I would suggest to go either by tram 15 or by train. Buses will stop at a long distance. Also the tour buses like yellow bus, city circle sightseeing bus etc frequency is less in this place.

This place was great for me, but if you're not into history, especially medieval history, maybe give this one a miss. It costs €6 for adults, €3 for other people (including students and children). The insides, as many others have said, aren't as awesome as the outside. If you have time, definitely visit here just to see it - definitely worth your time. However, if you aren't really into your medieval history, maybe visit the Castle of St Jorge instead which is slightly more interactive / interesting.

Waited 1.5 hours in line to get across the bridge and enter. They only allow 120 people into the tower at once. Despite handfuls of people walking out, They were not allowing people to enter. We spent about 35 minutes without moving a step. Upon getting in and paying 6 euros per person, the wind and rain picked up significantly and they forced us out of the tower without refund. I paid 12 euros to spend 5 minutes seeing about 1/5th of the tower. I understand our safety was a priority but once we were out, a refund should be granted. Not a great experience. Wish we had just taken pictures of it and moved on. Very nice and historic tower to be able to see though.
