::Was excited to check this place out with my gf because of the reviews online, but when we got there the only lady available was busy helping some old rich couple load up their car. When she finally bothered to look at us, she said 'don't take photographs' in a rude tone in portuguese. When I asked if she spoke any English, she just shook her head and walked away. Woman, if you don't want people taking photographs of your lifeless plants please put up signs saying so. Also, learn some customer service skills if you want to get new customers.

::if you like bonsais, don't go there ! They don't really take care of those littles trees. bonsais are weak, leafless, and some are even sick. I went there just to buy tools, wich are more expensive than japanese imported quality tools for a medium/poor quality. I quickly get out from there, sadly. I don't know about the hotel/hospital, but ....
