  Very inresponsive bank , i signed an internal document to be sent to other branch , they failed and i have been without bank cards for two weeks. They close before the lunch time, i arrived at 7 min before 13 and they were already closed. They dont even communicate with me if they have a card ready for me or if there is a problem, not proactive. I have to follow up on everything.

  Deviam informar o horário de almoço aqui!!desloquei me a agência do cais do Sodré para ser informada lá que fecham para almoço entre as 12 e 13! Ou seja perdi o meu tempo para nada.
