  Great Douro cruise...but it was a very poor way of dealing with the booking and the ways of payment . First I had to walk myself to a Bank (Caixa Credito Agricola) to make a transfer to Cenarios D'Ouro as their ways of payment are very little. Yes.. no online payment!!! Second, right after the end of the cruise, all of us had to wait for the train by the Pinhao station under a hot summer day for almost an hour and for no reason. Once inside the train, we came across crazy unbearable hot temperatures as the A/C was not working at all at most of the train...while the cruise staff and the lady from this Company were chilling the way back to Porto with A/C disregarding their own customers without any A/C!! Again,despite the brazilian music and the Tagus beer ,the cruise was great. But this company's performance was very poor!!!
