::Casas de banho lastimáveis. E estrutura bastante antiquada. IncompreensÃvel que uma das estações mais importantes do paÃs esteja neste estado.

::If you can out aside the problemas related to the portuguese transportation system, such as the constant delays, the service provided by this station isn't that bad. Bathrooms are fairly clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, it takes an incredible amount of time to acquire one ticket, due to staff shortages. One more detail that I noticed is the lack of trash cans. It almost looks like we're supposed to litter.

::The only pro I can think of this place is that the trains come on time. That being said, they don't stay for long. Maybe a minute and half. The ticket office is crowded and extremely slow so buy your ticket IN ADVANCE if possible. What's worse is that this station is considerably far from the city centre so you need a taxi to get there. But taxis are scarce in this town. You will almost never see a taxi on the street like you do in Lisbon or Porto. Politaxis is a good taxi company around Coimbra. The receptionist I spoke to, spoke English.

::An old station with some heated waiting rooms, a little bar and some vending machines.

::An old station that needs urgent works in order to better serve its users.
