  I thought I would give this spa a try after searching for a place that offers a good massage and has good recommendations. Overall I feel a bit disappointed and here is why. This was my first time ever in a spa or having a professional massage. My Portuguese is not good enough to understand everything and there was a bit a lack of explanation to those who are first timers in a spa or massage parlor. After I undressed and got ready to head to the floating room it was not explained well enough of how to float and do's and don'ts. I was struggling to float in peace and really did not enjoy the feeling, especially without head support which I found out later was hanging on top of the shower. I stopped after 10 minutes while I paid for a 50 minutes session. I feel I should have paid half of what I paid even if it was promo. After the floating I took a massage. Since this was my first massage I did not know what to expect. Looking back I was not given the option whether I prefer a male or female therapist. I got a male massage therapist who was quite good, but his hands were quite rough in my opinion and although I told him to focus on my left shoulder side I thought a head massage or leg massage would be included, but never happened. Also, the next day my muscles feel even more sore than before the massage. If I ever have another massage I prefer a female therapist, purely that I feel more confident having a female touching my body. Overall, I am not sure I will return because I don't think floating is my type of way to relax. Staff was friendly tho.

  Pessoal muito profssional e atencioso. Optima relacao preco qualidade. Boas condicoes fisicas das instalações. Em suma é optimo para uma tardr especail relaxante.

  Great float experience! My girlfriend and I did the flotation tank for the first time and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and explained everything very well and the facility was great. Really enjoyed it and would love to do it again!

  First time floating and it was very a nice experience. Followed by a massage it's just perfect! The SPA is really relaxing, cleaned, with a nice instrumental background music. The massage therapists are very highly recommend. Probably a bit expensive, but watch out for promotions, particularly during holiday seasons.
