  The place is acceptable, but the landlord is terrible. He is going to charge you several fictional costs; he takes advantage of your situation as a foreigner in Portugal and the Erasmus persons will not help you, because they have business with the landlord. Also the landlord goes inside your room without knocking the door or goes to the house in inappropiate hours (like 11pm). He will not give you a rent contract, cause he rents the house illegally. Please look for another place in Evora, I can assure you that there are several better places than this one.
