::Feels more like a 5 star hotel rather than a 4 star. Staff very attentive. I would advise to take a picture of the instructions how to use the safe which are INSIDE the safe to avoid to ask reception to reopen it like we had too... The tram stop is a 10 minute walk or a short bus journey.

::Nice experience, I participated in an event. Good atmosphere, nice decoration, good space organisation. The food was good, buffet style with enough choices. I liked it generally.

::Rooms are quite dated and the hotel isn't in the nicest of area of town. The spa (extra cost) and gym especially are straight out of the 90s, the later barely equipped with enough equipment for a real workout. However staff were very friendly and only a 15 minute walk to the south bank of the river.

::Didn't even stay here but our friends did, beautiful building and everything we saw and experienced was lovely! Helpful staff at the lobby, rooms looked nice too - would recommend this place for others to stay lots around you to see and experience too!

::Very friendly and accommodating staff. Not everyone was as fluent in English as the front desk staff, however, we were able to make do. Room was quite spacious, and bathroom was very adequate. Really liked the breakfast as well. Walking distance to two malls and a metro station.
