  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Very well located, this hotel is nice, well equiped. Good breakfast, fresh with a large choice. Wonderful restaurant at 17th floor with an exclusive 360° view on Porto.

  A gray cement hi-rise not elegant. No parking, even for check-in. The lobby is small. The staff is stiff. Not smiling, extremely unaccommodating. Did not get help when inquiring about places to eat. Our room was very nice, bathroom fixtures nice contemporary. The the feeling of savings everywhere. bathrooms are very disappointing. The size of the bar of soap is the size of a quarter. Towels are thin as paper. No wash cloth, no tissue box but a pack of 5 tissues. You get the feeling of a motel in a 4 star hotel. The maid never replenished the tea bags in the room. Last night at 11pm (23:00) I asked the guy in the front desk in a red jacket (later on I was told his name is Juan) for 2 tea bags that are not Camomile. His answer was, you get what you have in your room. No tea bags for you tonight. I went up to the restaurants and the manager gave me 2 tea bags. It's a small incident that represents our feeling. Hopefully they will live up to their 5 star rating and the price. Breakfast selection is very good.

  La simpatía dispensada a cuentagotas del equipo de recepción y algunas carencias en su categoría como falta de bañeras o cuchillas de afeitar se ve rápidamente compensada por las vistas, la limpieza exquisita y la amplitud y luminosidad de las estancias. Desayuno muy interesante y menú de mediodía imbatible en calidad/precio (14,50€ todo incluido, incluso café y aperitivos, menos bebida). Tienen concertado aparcamiento (10,50€/día) con el vecino y conveniente Silo-auto. No les doy la quinta estrella para que aprendan a ser simpáticos. Recuerden que les dejamos nuestro dinero a ustedes en vez de a otros.

  Abbiamo pernottato in quattro in questo hotel. Le stanze sono discrete anche se la moquette non consente proprio di percepire una sensazione di gradevole pulito. La colazione è buona e abbondante per varietà. Il personale non è si può definire cordiale. A una persona del mio gruppo hanno rubato la borsa nel ristorante mentre consumava la colazione. Dalla visione delle immagini registrate dalla telecamera della hall è stato possibile individuare un uomo che è entrato nell'hotel e dopo due minuti esatti ne è uscito con la borsa. Il tutto con un eccezionale tempismo, mentre il personale in servizio nella hall, si è assentato giusto un attimino. La scelta mirata di un'unica vittima, una donna anziana con una borsa vistosa (un'imitazione per fortuna), il tempismo nell'accesso alla struttura e la rapidità con cui si è consumato il tutto, rende per lo meno discutibile l'ipotesi di un'azione casuale e priva di preventiva informazione. Non mi sento assolutamente di consigliare un hotel dove chiunque dall'esterno può accedere indisturbato e consumare un furto, con tutte le conseguenti rogne, visto che abbiamo perso due ore dalla polizia e un giorno per andare al Consolato ed ottenere un documento di riconoscimento provvisorio per rientrare in aereo. Sconsigliato.
