::If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Beautiful hotel in Porto. Nice, spacious and cozy rooms at a reasonable price with a great view from the top floor at Porto. Around 5 km on foot to the city center, but taxi is not too expensive. Buffett is nice, and overall food in Portugal is way better than most of the countries in Europe.

::Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck. Bei der Ankunft befindet man sich in einer weitläufigen und gepflegten Lobby. Das Essen ist ok und der Service schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider hört man den Nachbarn durch die Wand, wenn lauter geredet wird oder auch der Fernseher etwas lauter ist. Das Bad hat einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch, aber grundsätzlich alles sauber und gepflegt. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterasse mit Pool und Bar. Hier kann man unter freiem Himmel bei entspannter Musik den Tag ausklingen lassen.

::A primeira impressao quando chegamos no Hotel e de uma total falta de empatia dos rececionistas que estavam ali, nao nos deram nem um bom dia, tive eu que dizer lhes bom dia, pois a rececionista estava a olhar para o computador, quem gerencia esse hotel precisa ter ciencia disso se e que ja nao o tem, pois para um hotel de porte grande como esse, o minimo que se espera e um bom atendimento, pois nao e um hotel barato, e funcionarios do pequeno almoco precisam ter treinamento, recolhem as coisas da mesa com uma brutalidade e nao pedem nem licensa e nem lhe dao um bom dia. Quero deixar minha satisfacao a funcionaria de nome Abreu, uma senhora muito simpatica, cordial e educada que estava na rececao que nos sanou algumas duvidas sobre o hotel. A termos de quarto, as camas sao confortaveis, quarto limpo, hotel tem um bom pequeno almoco com bastante variedade. I have stayed in this hotel two weeks ago, the rooms were nice and clean, they have also a mini fridge in the room which is quite handy, locationwise is good, although parking in this area is bad, they have a car park which is €9 per day which I find quite annoying as we should have not pay for this due to the room rates and no space available to park in the streets, I have found the receptionist quite unfriendly, when I came to check in they were doing something else and had not even said a Good Morning, definitely receptionist need some further training on customer service. Big Thanks to the staff Mrs Abreu, She is a start.

::My worst 5 stars experience - ever: 1) Paid parking (!?) despite it was almost empty. 2) Unprofessional reception - asked us to show phisical debit card despite the bill was prepaid. Couldn't explain why they needed it. 3) Giving such a room (photos below) in low season to a couple having honeymoon is... pretty mean. 4) Very noisy room due to (most likely) air-conditioning working on level 1. 5) Only one working TV channel (!) Summary: Actually I'm pretty surprised why this hotel has 5 stars so I recommend to pay 20-50 euros more and book Sheraton instead.

::Bon hôtel. Dommage que le petit déjeuné n'ouvre qu'à 7h... pour ceux qui sont là pour travailler c'est trop tard. Les chambres sont confortables mais l'isolation phonique latéral n'est pas assez performante à mon goût.
