  I have been doing yoga in the Inlight since it opened a few yrs back.. And this place is truly magical. The energy is just so blissful, everything about this place is amazing from the yoga classes to their healing musical concerts and mantras. Everyone is lovely helpful and caring I am truly grateful for this place xx thank you A big thank you to Israel for being so amazing at teaching yoga and also Puck, and off course Karuna who runs this place in the most loving way.

  il est situé pres du centre mais isabel la prof de yoga ne sourit pas et elle est trop agressive....

  Good quality yoga courses, very nice teachers and cosy studio! You can walk in 5 mins before the lesson without subscription. Would definitely recommend it!

  I found this place wonderful, located in old town Lagos it is quite easy to locate. It is bright, airy and relaxing and staffed by very nice and helpful people I attended three yoga classes which were very enjoyable and encouraging. I also had three massage treatments which were amazing.
