  I went there to do the car inspection to change the plate from a foreign country to Portugal. Helpful and efficient, not much queue although they could help filling the car info, since they know better and it was in Portuguese.

  Profissional and fast service. Because it's a bit hidden, normally I called my secret place to get my car checked, I never need to wait.
