  After finding a dream rustic property we needed to be sure that everything about the property was in order - all planning consents/licences for buildings/pool etc, validating the supply of water to the property, transferring utilities etc. The challenge was to find someone to help us that we could implicitly trust. We were very fortunate to find Cristina. She agreed to meet us at very short notice and within 5 mins of chatting with her both my wife and myself were convinced that she would be the one to represent us. With Cristina in our corner the task ahead feels much less daunting. She was able, in perfect English, to outline the things we needed to focus on, and provided very clear and straightforward explanations of what was involved. Cristina is very organised and professional, but was also appreciative and considerate of how big a step this is for us. I have no doubts whatsoever about her integrity... it was that which shone through from our first conversation. If you are looking for a lawyer in the Algarve, look no further than Cristina.

  Just completed my first purchase in Portugal with this excellent lawyer. Cristina and her staff supplied a full and thorough service from obtaining a fiscal number right through to setting up the utilities.   What can I say about the lawyers -Fantastic . We were new buyers in Portugal so scary but everything went smoothly and completed within 10 days,the Secretary took us to the fiscal office to do paperwork in her lunch break!-Christina was totally committed and professional and helpful with all aspects for future letting and even told us the best few local places to buy furniture.   As a first-time buyer in Portugal, i can honestly say I could not have managed it without Cristina and her staff's involvement and assistance. My purchase was complicated but Cristina handled it with an unmatched professionalism and was always looking out for my interests, even at times when it seemed the deal was going to fall flat.
