::Hard to distinguish from outside, looks just like any other 19th century building in Lisbon :-)

::You might want to book 24h in advance to be sure to get your 2nd class ticket, even for alfa pendular. Free Wi-Fi in 1st and 2nd class but it wouldn't work properly for us... :/ meh!
Alexander Groß
::Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at the ticket counter. They recommended cheapest fares to our destination.

::I made a trip Lisboa(Santa apolonia)-Porto campanha... by alfa pendular... was terrible... was so hot inside the train, the crew were very very unpolite (don't care about your necessities... just want sell things) my windows sun protector was broken... so I got all the trip with the sun on my face, because the sir didn't solve this problem or could just put me in other sit... and we got 45 minutes delay... so the same time of intercidade but more expensive... one advise? Don't get Alfa pendular... I could have no lucky... but my experience was so terrible!!

::Clean, functional generally... a little dated but it gets the job done. Ticket operators may not have great English so take extra care to check tickets issued. Tourists should look up trains on line ahead of time & write down destination, time, type of train (eg AP) and class of seats. Did not take long to get tickets (travelling in June). If the budget allows, go for AP trains and 1st class especially if travelling with luggage. Reasonably good coffee near platform 1, with signboard screens showing departures & arrivals.
