  Modern airport. Not too busy and easy to get around. The queues for check in and security are quite good. As you may expect, there are places to shop and eat after security too.

  The airport is overcrowded.. The airport capacity is too low. Especially the low cost terminal. Few places to sit. A lot of delays are expected due to heavy traffic and fog. The terminal 1, is much better.

  We had a fantastic experience at this airport on Easter Sunday. We arrived early so there was no line up at the Air Canada check-in and breezed through to security, which we thought was well organized and while busy we did not wait long to get through. It gets better from here as it looks like they completely revamped the airport starting with the Duty Free gauntlet, which was of good size and product offerings. There are a good number of restaurants to suit most tastes and we breakfasted at McDonalds, which was convenient and not pricey. The only negative I would mention was being herded into a holding area waiting for a bus to take us to our airplane parked on the tarmac. Otherwise we found the Lisbon airport to be outstanding. Thanks.

  To be honest lisbon airport is medium size very good airport. Everything is well managed and staffs are very friendly. Announcement is very clear but be attentive because they announce in Portuguese and after that in English. Shops are not quite expensive compare to other European Airports. But if you want to change currency inside the airport then think twice 😂. Waiting room is not so big as I already mentioned it is not so big airport. But overall it’s well managed clean and good airport.

  You need to be very careful when leaving from TERMINAL 2. Queues for security can be very long. The T2 in general is below what you can expect from any reasonable European airport. The rating is specially due to the poor service of T2. T1 is normal, nothing special, even if at arrival the waiting time for baggage delivery was long. Only advantage is easy acces by Metro from Lisbon.
