::It is known as the CNAI. It is located on the 1st floor in the municipal market. The Usual opening time is 8.30 am. I went there before that and waited in the queue. At 8.30 they opened the gate and I went inside. They have a token machine where you can choose your required option. I went there for SEF and lady was waiting next to token machine and she has chosen the proper option for me. The options are written in Portuguese though. My token number came and I have been served by Olga, a very nice and helpful person. The finance center also located in the same place but in different direction with different token machine.
