  It is BELOW a one star...we waited and waited KNOWING exactly what we wanted to purchase and made it clear we wanted to GIVE THEM MONEY. We were told there were others before us but customers coming in after us were greeted with champagne...and assistance! There were 4 women in our party and we were planning on purchasing 3 handbags and a wallet. Fortunately we found Stivali where we were treated like Royalty and made several designer purchases. Don't waste your precious time like we did.

  It is very good to have an LV in Lisbon. Could be a bigger space and feature more items as the variety could be improved. Lisbon should have another LV store in addition to this one. The staff is wonderful specially my SA Susana Yang

  Nao atendem o telefone assignado no site e nao tem email. Quem resida fora de Lisboa nao tem acesso a informacao e e mais facil comprar no site de Espanha e ir buscar em casa de “amigos” na Galiza.

  O atendimento poderia ser mais agradável, principalmente em vista do valor dos produtos e da própria marca. Em Madrid o atendimento é infinitamente superior!!
