::This museum pulls no punches about the way we humans are destroying our planet. It is very informative. The electric building is very entertaining and informative and the old power generation equipment is very well preserved. Both buildings are highly recommended. Fees were €9 for adults, half price for students, children and 65s +.

::MAAT is really 2 museums. There is the old power station and the modern building just next to it. Tickets are 5 euros for either or 9 euros for both. The power station has two exhibits running and the modern museum has 3 or more. How interesting the museum is to you may vary by what exhibitions are ongoing but the power station and the exhibition space are both interesting in and of themselves and worth a visit.

::I loved the place. The people were so helpful. The exhibit I checked out was a brilliant take on the financial fallout of 2008. I was also very impressed by the use of space. The architecture looks so organic. Looks like a must-see for both locals and tourists. Will definitely go back if I'm in Portugal.
