  So I made a reservation for the last summer but I had to cancel . I told her mrs Claudia Mendes , she told me they have to keep 70% of the value . Ok for me , but until today I never receive the 30% she should give me back. It was in August , I called her , sent emails but nothing . She don’t respond and call back. So her Claudia Mendes and her associate aren’t serious people or trustworthy. I’am filing a complaint for fraud.
