Just watched the kitchen staff drop a piece of bread on the floor (which was not that clean) and then add it back to the production line. I am mostly surprised that they did it while people were watching (they have a window where people can look into the kitchen).

Very nice staff. Great place to have a coffee and a small snack while waiting. Prices are ok.
