  Excellent little mini-market Food and drinks to go. Also has many other items for local and tourists. Lost a star as they had no travel plugs for silly people who forgot there's.

  Great Supermarket in Tavira. We will be back here soon. Their own brand is of great quality at Pingo Doce.

  A very good supermarket a ten minute walk from the centre of town, everything you need here with a huge selection of wine, spirits and beer at very reasonable prices, a good bottle of wine here is around two or three Euro. For people that are new to Portugal I must explain that supermarkets here sell a lot of sun dried cod (bachalau) you'll be able to detect the odour in nearly all of the supermarkets, it's perfectly normal and I suggest you try the soup in one of the restaurants it's delightful.

  Toda rede de postos (gasolineiras) e supermercados estão de parabéns. Tomamos um susto ao abastecer de madrugada em Vila Real. Todos conhecem o drama do cartão de crédito ao abastecer de madrugada no Pingo Doce. Mas não passa de um susto... No outro dia, em outra unidade próximo de Porto, a gerente de um supermercado foi muito prestativa em nos ajudar com o caso. Ela ligou para a unidade de Vila Real e nos tranquilizou. O valor bloqueado no cartão foi estornado nos conformes dois dias depois.
