::WARNING!! Be very careful with these people, they consider the seller ONLY as their client, and they withheld deliberately crucial information from me from the final sale. Lies about their fees, lies about wells drying out. And lifting up the price of the property with 5000 euros while you are negotiating is simply NOT done, but they did. DO NOT pay them a deposit, their fees have to be paid by the seller, it will be used as leverage against you, and they promise you (only orally of course, (never written)) you can have it back, but you are at severe risk of losing it. DO NOT buy with them without a lawyer of YOUR choice. And remember it is the commission in the end that YOU are paying. Having been a real estate agent in France for a long time, I have never seen so little interest or curtesy for a buying customer.
