  Very pleasant family run small hotel in a quiet residential location. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach at Olhos da Agua. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. The cleaner does a very good job and rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday and Bank holidays. Breakfast is adequate and includes fruit juice (you can also squeeze your own orange juice). Fruit, yoghurt, museli, corn flakes, cheese, ham, sliced tomato, bacon, sausage scrambled eggs are all available. The fresh bread is very good.
