::I was calling the banc to get some information about opening a banc account in Lisbon. the man on the phone was not friendly to me and said that he doesnt speak English. After a while, because my Portuguese was not very good, he started to talk in English. He said that the conditions are changing every day so I have to come personaly. Im sorry, but I never experienced such a bad consulting and demotivation. I thought bancs are interested to get some new clients, even if they dont speak perfectly Portuguese. I will get some information in an other banc for a banc account.
