  Courteous staff but waiting times are way too high. I had to wait at least 40 minutes while taking and returning the car. Only one person was there to handle the customers at both the occasions.

  Good service but always line up to pick up your car or drop off because one person doing everything. Expect to be there for an hour. Person doing everything is so nice and friendly

  Totally unacceptable. It took them 45 minutes to process the only customer ahead of us. Amazing how Sixt management doesn’t do anything about it, with so many reviews complaining about the same issue. Don’t rent from Sixt! They have great prices but it is not worth the aggravation.

  All went well, staff was kind and helpful, the car was great, price very good, and the return had no issues. I paid for the tolls on debit card just after returning the car (at the airport) and they immediately cancelled the 300 Euro block on my credit card. No extra fees for me (although I did wash the car at El Corte Ingles before returning it because it was pretty dirty). I recommend.

  Não gostei. Muitos aborrecimentos, informações desencontradas, demora no atendimento. Perdi um dia da viagem e tive gastos extras. Etc...
