  BEWARE DO NOT USE -- I rent in Portugal every week and have used most companies. I check the terms and conditions on the websites I book through to make sure they take my credit card. The present false terms and conditions and will not honor what they have written. They said they "take all international credit cards". But when you get there they will not unless you buy their insurance. If you have a problem write in their complaint book that is filed by law with the Portuguese government. They will try to say they don't have one. If so call the police and they will be fined. I threatened this and they suddenly found the book.The Livro de Reclamacoes.

  The manager made us pay a signifcant higher security deposit than shown on the website. When we asked him about that he started to be unpolite. In the end we needed to buy an extra security insurance to avoid the security deposit.

  Absolute Abzocker, alles soll extra gezahlt werden. Versicherung vor Ort für 15 Euro am Tag wird einem aufgezwungen mit unfassbaren Mitteln! Auf keinen Fall hier reservieren.

  terrible experience. they ask us for more money to rent the car once we were at the parking whereas IT WAS NOT WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT OR ANYWHERE ELSE ! they didn't listen to us, they were not pro at all. Plus, the man who rent us the car was sexist, he said : "it's better to show the car to a man", seriously ?? I mean come on we're in 2018... Next time I'll come (and I will because there's so much to discover about Lisboa) I'd take any rental car company but this one. Save time, money and keep your energy to walk around this beautiful city : don't rent your car here !
