::I was buying sunglasses for my husband and myself. On Thursday I bought my glasses and saw that same day that it had scratches. I took it back and I was told that they will order a new pair for me which will arrive on Monday at 9 in the morning. I told them I was leaving Lisbon and going to Porto and will be back on July 3rd only to catch my flight on Monday to go back to USA. I was assured that it will arrive on time. Of course I came back and it wasn't there for me. I took a train back and made a stop before my flight only to be disappointed. No one called or had the curtesy to tell me they don't have my glasses. They offered to call another store to see if they have it (why wasn't it done before? I don't know) anyway, I came back with those scratched up glasses which I paid 200€ for. This could have been handled much better.
