  Pricey rental, paid for the zero deductible and got a car that was clean but dents and scratches all over it. It felt like a beater car and considering what they charged us we should have asked for a better car but they were an hour late in bringing us a clean but dripping wet fresh out of the wash vehicle and we were on a schedule. They tried to up-size us for more money. I won't be renting from them again. Better priced rentals in the Algarve.

  rude staff, gave me a smashed downgraded car for the same price beacause they did not have the one I reserved. They tried to charge me for a piece of bumper that was missing underneath the front end when in fact it wasn't there from the beginning. Also my wife forgot a pair of bower&wilkins headphones, and of course nobody found them. But they did send me a letter to explain how honest they are

  I rented a car in November/December. Very professional, no queues, fresh and new car, good email communication with the office.

  Friendly staff, transparent pricing and above all not pushing you to buy extra insurance. The base insurance is already great, but for a bit more you can drive care free. My first choice when looking to rent a car.

  Initially reserved via 3rd party. At airport I upgraded to different car. But when I returned home the costs added up to $400 more than I expected. Plus, 3 weeks after the return there is an additional charge which I'm contesting. Contacted them via their website twice with no word. Would NOT recommend. Next will call. Big hassle.
