  Sara is a sweetheart. I’ve been here a few times during my visits to Lisbon. There’s classes almost everyday (10€ drop in) throughout the day. The instructor, Sara, is kind and the space is inviting and calming and perfect for smaller groups. She has the best calm, guiding voice. And it all in English! I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed and would totally recommend it!

  Participated in the level 1 foundation course Thai Yoga Massage. Very inspiring course and great teacher. The programme is very balanced and there is enough opportunity to practise, so integration in your system happens gradually and almost without noticing. Booked level 2 the day after finishing level 1.
