  I dropped into Juliana’s Vinyasa class this morning. I’m in town for just a couple days, and found this place while looking for English led classes. The studio itself is bright, quaint, very central, and easy to find. The class was wonderful. Juliana led a strong flowing practice, at a comfortable but challenging pace, with great verbal cues. Very reasonable prices (by Irish standards anyways). I would absolutely practice here regularly if I lived in Lisboa. Thanks so much!

  This is the first time I’d gone to a led class overseas and it was wonderful. I felt like I was at home. The studio is centrally located and easy to find/access, the small space gave it a lovely intimate atmosphere with the group of 5 attendants. The music was good and Zoe clearly had a lot of knowledge and experience of the various aspects/limbs of yoga. Thank you for a lovely vinyasa class, I’m so glad I got to attend it.

  Zoe (owner and teacher) is hands down one of the BEST yoga teachers I've met. Her classes are the perfect balance of a great workout, relaxation, mental and physical practice (weekly intentions) without being overly spiritual. I've been to ~200 yoga classes and I miss Zoe's class everyday. She's also very down to earth, easygoing, and just overall super pleasant. Her studio has great recommendations/referrals to massage therapists, etc. 100000% recommend!

  If you are looking for a yoga studio with classes in English this is for you. Classes are up to 8 people. Teachers are very good and friendly. I really recommend this place. It's located near the Rossio square.

  Great space, loads of light, fantastic & diversified Yoga classes taught by really qualified teachers.
